The SGR Club Is Introduced! I Still Have Fireworks In My Livingroom.

Well, I already broke my first post promise that I would write everyday. OK, I got that out of the way. Now for some major stuff.

Bob Proctor introduced The SGR Club today at 4:00pm Pacific. For those of you in the know, that's really exciting news. And the cool thing is, the percentage of those who know, increases everyday. In fact, since the movie The Secret came out last year, the whole World is now buzzing from this not-so-new-but-new-to-us way of thinking, feeling and in turn, living.

For those of you who do not know what I am talking about here, then first off, see or read The Secret, and then we'll discuss The SGR Club at length. But, if you are down with The Secret, then The SGR Club would be the next step. It is a rather large step too. SGR stands for The Science of Getting Rich. I can't wait to get it myself.

That's right. I do not actually own this SGR Program yet. But, that is changing very soon. By October 10, and my birthday, I will be a proud owner of this briefcase.

You might be wondering how I am able to sell something that I have not personally seen. Well, I am still learning, but I can safely say that I am probably making it harder on myself by not actually owning the briefcase yet. But, my initial thought when signing up as a Premium Affiliate, was to sell it until I had the dough to buy it. I watched The Secret over and over again, trying to unleash some extra hidden gems that might have been overlooked. I was looking extra hard at things I already know, in hopes that I could find something that I could use to gain knowledge of something I did not have yet.

I then realized after several days of this, I might be working too hard on the "hows" and not enough about the "nows". I really have to thank Eckhart Tolle for this. In his book The Power of Now, he taught me to "watch the thinker". I watched myself long enough to realize that a shift needed to happen. It might have taken me a few days, but I did it.

After shifting into the right direction, I started attracting the things I needed. I met a guy by the name of Brian Wong. He has a website by the name of Brian Wong's SGR Affiliate Bootcamp. This website is the most thorough, precise, hands-on and team oriented training system I have seen for ANY affiliate business. It practically holds your hand and walks you through everything you need to do to be successful selling The SGR Program. I am studying that site from front to back. Good stuff, Brian.

I have gotten back into my art and photography and many other things that I am interested in. I have found some things that I enjoy doing, and I am going with my feelings. I like writing again, as you can see by the size of this post. I had gone back to the basics of what The Secret is about. It's not in what you are doing, it's how you are doing it. I am starting to do things differently. With more intention.

So, with this relaunching of The SGR Program, I feel hope and a real fire within. I feel closer to my dreams right now, than I ever have before.

Abundance Is Like A Snowball. Give It Room To Roll

When I started this blog, I was going to just lay down the results of my tests. As you can see, I have turned it into a book report of sorts.

That all changes today. We'll start with a "Clarity Through Contrast" test. Below is a table of contrasts. each thing on the left are things that I don't want in life. The right side has those same things, but spun into a positive. This test allows you to make new thoughts about your situation. Instead of dwelling on what you don't want, you think about what you DO want. As you write the thing you DO want on the right side, cross of the left side item that corresponds. This way, you never say the DON'T wants anymore. Here's my short example:

(Contrast) Things I DON'T want (Clarity) Things I DO want

  • I don't want to be broke

  • I don't want headaches

  • I don't like not having a car

  • I want an abundance of cash

  • I want a pain free head and body

  • I want my dream car

Pretty easy, huh? Well, it's harder inside the mind than it looks on paper. But, when I crossed off the items on the left side, I felt as if I was saying goodbye to that negative thought forever. I know this is a short list, but I like doing things slow. My next experiment has to do with my "abundant-ness". What, you ask? It is a daily list of things that I have achieved or received. What we are looking for here is a progression from day to day. I started this on Thursday, Sept. 6. I will list my abundant-ness here:

09-06-07

  • Built an awesome looking blog.

  • Earned $20 from neighbor (computer help)

09-07-07
  • First post on blog, well written.

  • Met a guy on Pownce, he subscribed
    to blog. First victim.

09-08-07
  • Writing is easier.

  • People at MySpace are commenting on blog.

  • Started a mini-blog on MySpace.

09-09-07

  • Uploaded a bunch of my photography on Zooomr.
Had a ton of fun doing it.

  • Within hours, I got noticed and met a guy who has a photo blog. He may want to include my work!

  • Started thinking about promoting my eBay
    store
    better.

09-10-07
  • Earned $20 from neighbor (computer help, again)

  • eBay offers me a Premium store for 60 days. Really!

09-11-07
  • Wanted a good breakfast at McDonald's and got one!

  • Free refill at Starbucks. I actually visualized this happening on the way there.

  • Starting to get excited about opening a cafe Press store.

I know these results don't look amazing, yet. But to me, they are profound. And, really, that's all that matters. If you see and FEEL the results are good and positive, then they will be. The universe responds to the energy given off. Not by the size of the results. I know that if I continue to "roll" like this, I will get to my "dream" life.

More very soon.

There Is Nothing That Is Against The Law of Attraction

Yesterday, I talked about the hardest book to read, The Power of Now. Today, I will talk about the easiest book to read. And good thing. I was starting to think that these books would take so much time and energy, that I would have none left for the "game".

Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier was picked up at 10:30am and finished by 2pm. I think my brain was hungry. Or, there was a motive to finish it quickly. As per Losier's request, the tools presented in this book are to be done at the conclusion of reading the entire book. So I basically tore through the book almost literally. Now that I have finished it, I will be documenting my "homework" here for all 2 of you watching...Um...I mean, I have more visitors to this blog than I can count.)

Law of Attraction is The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't. In a very precise manner, Losier teaches the basics of The Law of Attraction. But Losier takes it a few steps further in that he offers techniques to use for even the most stubborn of minds (mine). These techniques involve rephrasing affirmations, so that you actually believe them. You see, a lot of people "go through the motions" while repeating their affirmations over and over, without the belief behind it. Things will not manifest for them, because the energy put out was negative. So, Losier has come up with a few tricks to "trick" the mind and to make phrases that do work. These cool tricks have actually worked for me and I will be demonstrating them soon.

Losier also talks about how there are only 2 ways your vibration can be. Positive or Negative. If you are thinking about something, and the feelings associated with that thought are negative, your vibration is in a negative state, and you will attract negative things. Even if the thought is good, but you just don't believe it. For example, try saying, "I am a money magnet", over and over again, but not believing it's true. Your disbelief is turned into a negative vibration, and you know what happens then. So, bottom line is, you really have to feel and believe the things you are saying, are real and tangible. If not, like James Ray in the movie The Secret says, "You're wish is my command."

This book is very straightforward and does not take a lot of effort to chew through. The lessons and "worksheets" are offered at Losier's website, which makes this a complete package. I have already downloaded and printed out the "worksheets" and I am ready to rumble. I have already filled out some of these sheets and i'll be posting real results soon.

Thanks to everyone reading this, all 2 of you...ok I'll stop saying that.

Tires Spitting Gravel, But At Least The Wheels Are In Motion

Getting this thing rolling in the right direction is harder that it looks on paper. My mind has a strong urge to bump me off the road and take over.

The reading I have done recently has given me a goal. But my mind is content with forgetting those books. The books in reference are ones you will now see in the right sidebar.

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

This is one of the best books I have ever read. At the same time, it was the hardest book I have ever read. I fought through every chapter, wondering if I was dreaming after each one. I saw things differently after the read. I'll dive into what made it hard for me to read, but first, a run down of the book.

In this "Guide To Spiritual Enlightenment", Eckhart Tolle teaches us that we are not our mind. Our mind is not supposed to be "chewing" on things of the past and/or future. He explains that we, as humans tend to let our minds run wild. And with the mind replaying past events in full detail for you, it is also defining you as a human. Tolle teaches throughout the book to gain control over the mind by "watching the thinker". The more you watch your mind, the less power it has. The mind hates Now. It will do anything it can to keep you locked on a past event and the feelings associated with them. If you were "In The Now", you would be able to shut down your mind, give it a rest and benefit from the freshness of every thought you would "need" to make.

There are many tools offered as to the Hows of Now. Some involve getting inside of your body, or using your pain as a way in. Tolle even mentions that women are more likely to experience "enlightenment", due to the fact that have a pain to focus on every month.

Overall, this book lays your belief system on the chopping block does not hesitate to lay down the law. Once it has you though, it takes you on a trip through all the possibilities of what it can be like, to be in the Now.

There were a few things that made this book really hard to read. The references to Now or Being was confusing at first. Some of the techniques used to getting into a Now state involve shutting your mind down. Well, when you read, you use your mind. So, I was constantly putting the book down and practicing what I had read. It was a up and down battle, but worth every day spent and page read.

I will talk about Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier tomorrow.

More like a book review, but it's my blog...

I Guess I Have To Do More Than Watch "The Secret" 20 Times

Bob Proctor never said it would happen from watching the movie. Nor did he say that grasping the concept of The Law of Attraction, would in turn enforce The Law upon you.

Darn.

Well, I guess the only thing to do is forcefully enforce The Law upon myself. It's time for this "fan" to become a "player" in this game. The walls that are my beliefs are coming down, as to let the things that I want, to flow freely to me.

Over the next 50 days or more, I will documenting my progress. I will also be sharing some of the things that brought me to where I am, as to contrast what will happen. I might share too much at times, but it's my blog and I can share if I want to. Speaking of sharing, any book, movie or media that I have absorbed or am absorbing will be documented here as well. Although this blog is intended for documenting my progress, I will do the best that I can to make this a source of information that anyone can use.

If you are visiting and you feel the need to comment, or contact me, please do so. I want this to be an open discussion. If this blog helps someone else as it helps me, way cool.

I will probably post once or twice a day, depending.

I know this is the first post, but as I'm typing it, I feel as if I have lodged a foot into that door that I just can't seem to even see yet, let alone touch, open or otherwise.

I'm determined to go through it.
