I was sipping on my Venti Christmas Blend on the patio at Starbucks the other day. I had headphones on, listening to my SGR mp3 player, Session 14, oblivious to all else...
..."Excuse me!", I heard from beyond the glow of Bob Proctor's hypnotic wordplay. A gentleman was trying to get my attention. I had never seen him before. I removed my headphones and he asked me a question that I thought I would never hear. He asked, "I want that mp3 player, where can I get one?"
I explained that it was an mp3 player that was included in The SGR Program. I handed him a business card and asked him to visit the site for more information about the program.
At that point, I realized he was looking at the mp3 player as a desirable music player. He mentioned that he really liked the look of it, and even thought that SGR was a brand name. We had a laugh over it and went about our days.
I thought about that guy a lot afterwards, and I wondered if he went to the SGR site to check it out.
Then it hit me. The quality of goods in The SGR Program cannot be overlooked. Sure, it's the Mother of all home seminars. I understand that it could have been fingerpainted, and still be effective. But it wasn't fingerpainted. It was crafted with some fine materials. So not only are you gaining knowledge, you're looking good doing it!
Here are some pictures I took of my SGR Briefcase.

7 Step Process To Attract What You Want With A Yard Sale
The Science of Getting Rich really is an exact Science. How I acquired The SGR Program Briefcase is proof. The story you are about to hear is real. This does not mean that you will have the same results, but I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun doing it.
Having a Yard Sale or a Garage Sale is a great way to cleanse the palette of your life. This is a 7 Step process that will help you attract what you want while preparing and launching your Yard Sale. I will lay out the 7 Steps before elaborating throughout my story.
7 Step Process To Attract What You What With A Yard Sale
- Plan Ahead (at least 1 month)
- Take Inventory (Be Critical)
- Research, Price Your Items
- What Do You Want?
- Donations and Giveaways
- Advertise, Advertise, Advertise
- Feel Passion At Every Step
- Plan Ahead. This is important for a successful Yard Sale. The earlier, the better. We started a month out. We could have used another week to tighten the screws. So be sure to give yourself the time to accomplish all that needs to be done. Make a list of things to do and ideas you may have. If you know what you want to acquire in return, you can start visualizing it while you plan. Bottom line, feel good and take your time.
- Take Inventory (Be Critical). My Girlfriend and I are moving to Hawaii next year, so the more we can get rid of, the less we have to move. You might have a short list, or you might have a long list. Either way, make sure that you are not holding onto something that may be blocking your energy. Some things we keep because of the memory attached. Replace those memories with the feelings of having what you really want. Be critical, and keep visualizing.
- Research, Price Your Items. Make sure you do not overprice or underprice your items. Do some research on eBay or Amazon for trends and pricing. Make sure to make the price visible on the item, unless you want the potential buyer to ask you about the item. Always be willing to deal but do not give away the farm. Be fair to the customer, and most importantly, be fair to yourself. While pricing your items, visualize what it is you truly want.
- What Do You Want? By now, you should have an idea of what you want. You have taken inventory and priced your items, so you should have clear idea what can be achieved. Once you have what you want in your mind, hold it with faith throughout the rest of this process. You might want to verbalize it in gratitude. It never hurts.
- Donations and Giveaways. Attract people by offering freebies. And, if you are into a particular charity, donate a percentage of your profits from the Yard Sale to it. We planned to donate 5% to the Humane Society. We rescued a beautiful Vizsla 4 years ago and we are passionate about animal rescue. Pick something that rings true to you. Once you do, get passionate about helping that cause, while visualizing what you want. This step will also bring a lot of buzz to your Yard Sale. We also baked muffins and offered fresh brewed coffee to the early birds. A local Pet Store heard about our Yard Sale and donated dog treats to our cause. What you give away, you get back.
- Advertise, Advertise, Advertise. You cannot do this enough. Although, you do not want to spam or even come close to spamming. This can be accomplished by placing ads through multiple services, online and offline. Online, you will want to post a bulletin at MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, Pownce (they have an event option), craigslist, and others. The more, the merrier. If you have a blog, blog about it. Get the word out every way you can. Offline, you can place an ad in the local paper, hand out fliers to your friends and family, pin them up at your local Starbucks or other coffee shops. Mention it with enthusiasm while out in the public. Attract people to it!
- Feel Passion At Every Step. This is a step that powers the entire process. You should feel this passion at every step, while visualizing what you want. If you have the passion, you'll draw what you want to you. Carry the passion all the way through the Yard Sale. Treat every customer with love. Give them the impression of increase with every sale.
We visualized The SGR Program Briefcase. We took action and felt passion at every step. After the Yard Sale, we crashed out and slept for a day it seemed. On the following Monday, we counted the money, pulled 5% out for The Humane Society, and then paid ourselves for the supplies, coffee, muffin mix, advertising and so on. My girlfriend went to the bank to make the deposit. When she returned, she asked me how much The SGR Briefcase costs with shipping. I browsed to the web page, clicked the Buy Now button and told her that it was $2024.97. She said, "You're kidding me!"
She handed me the deposit slip. I looked at it in complete awe. The amount at the bottom read, $2025.00.

Computer Repairs, Old Navy and Creating Blogs From The Formless Stuff
I have been pounding The SGR Program into my skull. I listen to it while I work the morning shifts at Old Navy. I am the janitor there, and you know, I don't mind saying that. It is the cleanest, gosh-darned, cotton-pickin' Old Navy I have ever seen. And it keeps getting cleaner. As I let The Science of Getting Rich seep into every cell in my body, I noticed a shift in how I viewed my job. I no longer think of it as an inconvenience. I actually have reversed the feelings by finding things I really like. The people are wonderful, I get a great workout, I'm home by 9:30 am. Pretty nice. I don't even remember the reasons for not liking it.
A buddy of mine, we'll call him Superman, had some computer issues at work, and being the nerd that I am, he called me. He and I did some time at Starbucks a while back. He's also into The Secret. His computer issues were an easy fix, for a geek. I was paid handsomely for doing something I love to do. But most importantly, I helped a friend. I think I'm starting to get this SGR thing. Superman has since called me over to his house to rebuild a computer. Life is grand.
I was at Keedy's with Superman the other day having breakfast. Keedy's is a local diner that has been recognized as a State of California Landmark. It is a local favorite in Palm Desert. We were discussing the internet and blogs and such. I was explaining what a blog is and what it's purpose is and so on. Although he had no clue what a blog was before breakfast, he seemed really enthusiastic and excited while I was telling him about it. Later that same day, he calls me up and says that he has started a blog. How awesome is that? You can see his new blog here. You will also see why I call him Superman.
Superman has inspired my girlfriend and I to start blogs on our favorite subjects. My girlfriend started a blog about experiences at our local Starbucks, called The Daily Buck. I started a blog the other day about Cassette Mix Tapes, called MixMaster Matt. For the first time in a long time, I feel as if creativity just flows through me with no effort, or should I say resistance.
Life is grand.

The SGR Briefcase Is Here! The SGR Briefcase Is Here!
Anyone who knows me, knows that when I get into something, I really take it on. When I was a picture framer, I was considered one of the best in Northern California. When I taught myself how to build a computer, I turned it into an artform. When I thought I was taking a backseat job by working at Starbucks, I end up moving up the ladder quicker than others.
Well, as you know, I just recently got into The Law of Attraction and The Secret. This knowledge has been so powerful to me and I really have just tapped into its power. It's presented a challenge to me, one that I feel will reveal my true self.
As I mentioned before, I had ordered The SGR Briefcase. It has since arrived. Saturday, October 6th, to be exact. FedEx Saturday delivery. Now that was pretty sweet, I must say.
It arrived in a box, seen to the left, that was a lot heavier and larger than I would have expected. I began to feel that this was going to be the most powerful thing I will ever encounter, this is the most powerful box on earth. And it was in my livingroom. I waited 4 hours to open the box. I had incentive though. My girlfriend was still at work when it arrived, so we waited.
Once opened, we could see that the quality of materials were so high, that you just felt the wealth oozing out of every pore of it's supple leather exterior. The printed materials seemed to glow from the warmth it's surroundings. And the little green book. Like an emerald, waiting to be discovered. I shall admit, that's where I started my journey.
After a week and a half of reading, listening to, living and breathing The Science of Getting Rich, I have discovered something that is so much more special to me than the top notch quality of physical materials here. The information in this seminar could have been finger painted on sandpaper and I would have read every scratchy page painted.
So, if I don't post for an extended period of time, just know that I am embedding this knowledge into the very fabric of my being. I promise, I will return to share my thoughts and feelings. Next time, I will share some of the things that led to me getting the briefcase. Until then.
Oh yeah, I am starting to add a gratitude statement to the end of my blog posts. Here goes.
I am grateful for all the knowledge and information provided by the SGR Affiliate Bootcamp.
Thanks Brian, Shazlans, Vinny and all the other affiliates for such an awesome community. I am grateful that I am part of it.
